Faisal al-Otaibi

Faisal Al-Otaibi is an experienced professional in the fields of aviation and telecommunications, currently serving as the General Manager of Revenue and Investment at GACA - General Authority of Civil Aviation in Saudi Arabia since April 2016, where responsibilities have included roles such as Director of Customer Protection and Acting General Manager. Prior to GACA, Faisal worked at Mobily from November 2008 to April 2016, holding positions including Senior Sales Manager and Senior Government Sales Key Accounts Manager, focusing on ICT solutions and managing sales teams. Earlier experience includes work as an Account Manager at EBU (Saudi Data Sector) and various roles at STC, where design and support of multi-site network solutions were key functions. Faisal holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Jamiat Al-Malik Abdulaziz.
