Ibrahim al Bahkali

Ibrahim Al Bahkali has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Assistant Manager and Head of Human Resources Operations at الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني (GACA) since June 2015. Previous roles at GACA include Assistant HR Manager and HR Manager. Prior to GACA, Ibrahim held the position of Workforce Staff Administration Lead Officer at Mobily from March 2005 to July 2015. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from King Abdulaziz University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
