Shawn Clarkson

Shawn Clarkson has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Systems Administrator at True Manufacturing for eight years. In 2009, they joined Daffron & Associates as a Network Admin for a year. Since 2011, Shawn has been with GadellNet Consulting Services, where they have held various roles. Shawn started as a senior systems engineer and worked their way up to Director of Professional Services. Currently, as the Project Services Team Lead, Shawn manages a team of six project engineers and oversees infrastructure-related projects nationwide. Shawn is responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure project lifecycle, improving speed to delivery and customer satisfaction, and providing technical mentorship within the organization.

Shawn Clarkson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Maryville University of Saint Louis from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they have acquired certifications in "Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking" and "Top 10 Rules for Highly Effective Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2022.
