Raz Faibish began their work experience in 2013 at the Israeli Air Force, where they worked in various engineering roles. Raz started as a Head of Mechanical Testing Lab, where they designed experiments for failure analysis and conducted lab-testing for quality assurance, research and development, and design testing purposes. Raz then moved on to become a Weight & Balance Engineer, responsible for managing and developing the weight and balance of cargo fleets. Raz gained experience in airworthiness certification and developed new weighing methods. Later, they served as a Rotary Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Engineer, focusing on the fatigue and damage tolerance of rotary systems. Finally, they worked as a UAV & Rotary Mechanical Design Engineer, specializing in the design of unmanned aerial vehicles and rotary systems. In 2022, Raz joined Gadfin Aero-Logistics Systems as the Aeromechanical Engineering Team-Lead.
Raz Faibish completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013. Raz then pursued a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Propulsion Systems at the same institution starting in 2014, with no specified end year. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained certification in SOLIDWORKS 2019 Essential Training from LinkedIn in February 2022.
