Faraz Zaidi

Faraz Zaidi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile management and project execution. Currently serving as Senior Agile Manager at Savyour since February 2016, Zaidi leads the implementation of the OKRs framework, drives organization-wide agile transformation, and manages product backlog prioritization. Previous roles include Project Manager at Technology Ally, Inc., where Zaidi liaised with clients to define project scope and ensure quality on-time delivery, and Senior Software Engineer at Plexus Private Limited, focused on project planning and risk mitigation. Zaidi's career began as Assistant Manager MIS at The Citizens Foundation. Zaidi holds a Master's degree in Software Project Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology.
