Nikki Achor

Applications Design Engineer at GAF Energy

Nikki Achor started their work experience at the College of Science and Engineering, San Francisco State University as a Student Assistant, assisting in administrative and secretarial duties. Nikki also worked as a Student Assistant at the (CoSE) | San Francisco State University, Student Success Center.

In 2015, Nikki joined Service System Associates at San Francisco Zoo as a Concessions Associate, where they handled money exchanges, maintained a clean work environment, and provided excellent customer service.

In 2019, Nikki worked for the City and County of San Francisco as a Student Design Trainee I. Their responsibilities included creating and modifying mechanical layouts/schematics, reading and modifying design specifications, and providing design calculations for renovating pump station designs, using AutoCAD and Revit.

Currently, Nikki Achor is employed at GAF Energy since 2020, first as an Applications Design Engineer Intern, and later promoted to the role of Applications Design Engineer in May 2021. Further details about their work at GAF Energy are not provided.

Nikki Achor pursued their education in Mechanical Engineering at San Francisco State University from 2014 to 2019, earning a Bachelor's degree in the field. In September 2020, they obtained additional certification in "Learn to Program: The Fundamentals" from Coursera.
