Hari Reddy

Hari Reddy is an accomplished technology and innovation leader currently serving as the SVP and Chief Technology Officer at GAF, focusing on new product innovation and application development for the Commercial Roofing business since September 2023. Prior to this role, Reddy held positions at GAF as VP of R&D and Innovation from 2021 to 2023, and at Amcor as VP of R&D and Product Management in 2019-2020, where Reddy managed product innovation for a significant regional business group. Reddy also has extensive experience from Bemis Company, Inc., transforming R&D capabilities as VP Technology, Innovation and Product Management, and achieving notable revenue growth as a Global R&D Director at Ecolab, focusing on energy services. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Nalco and The Dow Chemical Company, contributing to significant advancements in R&D and market expansion in various sectors. Reddy earned a PhD in Materials Engineering & Science from Virginia Tech and completed an Executive Leadership program in Strategy and Innovation at MIT Sloan School of Management.
