Jim Lenthe has extensive experience in the human resources information systems (HRIS) field, having served in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of HRIS at GAF, Director of HRIS & Talent at PDI, Inc., and HRIS Manager at both Toys"R"Us and JPMorgan Chase. Additionally, Jim held the position of HRIS Manager and Associate Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Jim Lenthe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Quincy University.
