Paul Lem

Paul Lem is an accomplished R&D Manager in Single Ply Commercial Roofing at GAF, overseeing the development and launch of industry-leading products such as EverGuard® SA TPO. With prior experience as a Senior Research Scientist and Engineer at Honeywell, Paul successfully managed teams to innovate tire formulations and developed solutions that significantly boosted sales. A strong foundation in research is supported by experience as a Researcher at Queen's-RMC, focused on polymer processing technologies. Paul holds a Master of Applied Science in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University.
