John Digger Pelaez has been working in the entertainment industry since 1992. John Digger began their career as an Estimator and Production Planner at Monroe Litho. In 1995, they moved to Spectrographics as an Account Executive, where they had their entrepreneurial seizure and dove into the entertainment industry with a focus on technology. In 1999, they founded and became CEO of DigsREX Mobile Recording, a world-class mobile recording, archival and distribution company specializing in live music and audio for video post-production. From 2003 to 2008, they were a Tour Manager for Red Light Management, managing tours for Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, North Mississippi Allstars, Steve Winwood and many others. In 2008, they Co-Founded Cool Music Network and THECOOLTV, a 24/7 music video and concert television network. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Director of Operations for eTown, a nationally syndicated weekly radio show. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have been the EIC - Live Event Operations for Gaia Inc., producing transformational events and workshops with a curated hybrid event offering for premium online members and in-person attendees. John Digger is also responsible for standing-up and activating GaiaSphere, a new, state-of-the-art, 350 person live event center fully equipped for live streaming and video production.
