Michelle Rock

Michelle Rock has extensive experience in Quality Assurance. Michelle began their career in 1996 as a Manager of Quality Engineering and a QE Software Tester at Corporate Express. In 2008, they moved to Gaiam as Manager of Quality Assurance, where they developed Quality Assurance Principles and Practices for the B2C Gaiam.com website. In 2012, they transitioned to Gaiam TV as Manager of Quality Assurance, where they established and built a solid QA and Software testing strategy for the Transformational Network. Finally, in 2016, they moved to Gaia Inc. as Manager of Quality Assurance, where they successfully transitioned QA for the digital content library of over 8,000 titles available to 500,000+ subscribers worldwide on multi-platforms.

Michelle Rock graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Oklahoma State University in 1991. Michelle attended Oklahoma State University from 1988 to 1991.
