Caroline Viles

Caroline Viles is the current Financial Director at Gaia. Caroline has previously worked as a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst at Petroleum Development Oman, an Economist, Upstream M&A at Shell, and a Commercial Finance Adviser also at Shell. Prior to that, they were a Director of Commercial Finance at Monzo Bank. Caroline has also worked as a Tennis Coach for the Lawn Tennis Association and did a summer internship at J.P. Morgan in 2011.

Caroline Viles has a CGMA from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and an Economics BSc (Hons) from UCL. Caroline also has a Maths, Further Maths, Economics, Chemistry from St John Fisher Catholic High School in Yorkshire.

Caroline Viles reports to Nader AlSalim, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Jennifer T. - Head of Talent, Joanna Christie - VP, Brand & Marketing, and Alexia Arts - Chief Of Staff.
