Sushma Sapa

Sushma Sapa has a work experience that spans over several years in various companies. Sushma is currently working at Gaian Consultants as a Lead Member of Technical Staff. Prior to that, they worked at Gaian Solutions as a Senior Member of Technical Staff 2 from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining Gaian Solutions, Sushma worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Software Engineer from 2016 to 2019. During their time there, they worked on an application that contained up-to-date medical code information, migrated products from Ant to Maven, and automated the build process using Jenkins. Sushma was also responsible for fixing production issues.

Prior to UnitedHealth Group, Sushma worked at ADP India as a Senior Software Engineer from 2013 to 2016. Their role involved working on an application that helped customers view and maintain information about pay statements and year-end statements. Sushma implemented new requirements and migrated an existing JSF 1.

Sushma began their career at Tech Mahindra as a Software Engineer from 2011 to 2013.

Sushma Sapa completed their Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Narayana Junior College in India from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained their Intermediate degree in MPC. Sushma Sapa also completed their secondary education at Abhyudhaya High School in the field of SSC from 2004 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Sushma Sapa also earned a certification in "Adopting and Adapting Agility" from Cprime, Inc in April 2023.
