Brandy Stone, MPH, CPH has a diverse work experience in the field of public health. Brandy is currently serving as the Community Health Director at Gainesville Fire Rescue since 2022. Prior to this, Brandy worked as a Civic Collaboration Specialist at the City of Gainesville from 2021 to 2022. Brandy also served as a Health Promotion Specialist - Greek Life at the University of Florida from 2019 to 2021. Brandy's previous roles include being a Research Coordinator III at the University of Florida - Institute of Child Health Policy (2018-2019), Graduate Student Outreach Assistant at GatorWell Health Promotion Services (2016-2018), and an Intern at the College of Public Health and Health Professions (2018). Brandy also gained experience as a Stylist at David's Bridal (2016-2017), Clerk/Cashier at CVS Pharmacy (2016), Peer Tutor and Math Lab Assistant at Shepherd University (2013-2015), and an Intern at Heartly House (2014).

Brandy Stone, MPH, CPH has a strong educational background in public health and psychology. Brandy earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Shepherd University in 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master's of Public Health degree with a specialization in Social and Behavioral Science at the University of Florida from 2016 to 2018.
