Jeff Bloodsworth

Jeff Bloodsworth has worked as an Accountant II at Gainesville Regional Utilities since 2014. In this role, they are responsible for tasks such as reconciling daily cash transactions, preparing journal entries, and maintaining general ledger accounts. Jeff also assists with annual audit procedures and maintains process documentation. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Account Clerk at the same company. In addition, Jeff owns Bloodsworth Bookkeeping, which they established in 2016. No end date is provided for their current role as owner of the company.

Jeff Bloodsworth completed their high school education at Interlachen High School from 1992 to 1996, earning a High School Diploma. Jeff then pursued higher education and attended Santa Fe College from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Accounting. During their time at Santa Fe College, Jeff specialized in accounting and enrolled in the Associate of Arts program.

In addition to their formal education, Jeff also obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In March 2017, they became a Certified Bookkeeper through the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. Furthermore, in July 2015, they earned the certification of Certified accounts payable associate from the Institute of Financial Operations.
