Michael Szczech has had a diverse work experience. Michael began their career in 2014 as an Assistant Manager at A.S.A.R International, where they were responsible for organizing general contracting operations, maintaining warehouse inventory, and negotiating and purchasing new inventory and equipment from distributors. In 2015, they took on multiple roles at Manhattan College, including Project Manager of Capstone Senior Design Team, Student Government Executive Vice President, and Junior Class Representative. In the same year, they became Chapter Vice President and Chapter Historian of Alpha Phi Delta national Fraternity. In 2017, they interned at Celsius Network, and in 2018 they became a Software Engineer at Gainfy Foundation. In 2020, they founded X-Tokenize.
Michael Szczech earned their Highschool Diploma from Monsignor Farrell Highschool in 2013. Michael then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Manhattan College, which they completed in 2017. Michael continued their education at Manhattan College, earning a Master of Science in Computer Engineering in 2018.
