Ajay Mittal

Ajay Mittal has several years of experience in software engineering and management roles at various companies. Ajay worked at Gainsight as an Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for hiring, managing, mentoring, and growing a team of Software Engineers. Ajay also organized complex discussions across teams and handled multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior to that, Ajay was a Lead Software Engineer at Gainsight, where they designed and built data ingestion services and core data platform constructs. Before joining Gainsight, Ajay worked at Oracle as a Member Technical Staff Software, where they researched and developed a Continuous Integration platform. Ajay also worked at OnMobile as a Software Engineer, where they collaborated with a team to create a dynamic SIM Tool Kit application.

Ajay Mittal's education history begins in 2003 when they completed high school, majoring in Mathematics, from CBSE Board. In 2005, they pursued Intermediate or 10+2 education, again focusing on Mathematics, from MP Education Board.

Continuing their education, from 2006 to 2010, Ajay attended Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology. During their time at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, they also pursued a certification in Web Development using Java Technologies from NIIT in 2009-2010.

In 2011, Ajay enrolled at the Centre for Development of Advance Computing (CDAC) - ACTS Pune, completing a Diploma in Advance Computing in the field of Information Technology.

In addition to formal education, Ajay Mittal has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they became a Certified Oracle Java Programmer (OCJP) from Oracle. Ajay further expanded their skill set by acquiring the Oracle Certified Web Component Developer (OCWCD) certification in 2014.

Ajay continued their professional development and obtained several certifications related to Agile and project management. In 2015, they achieved the MongoDB Certified DBA Associate Exam (C100DBA) and the MongoDB Certified Developer Associate Exam (C100DEV) from MongoDB, Inc. The following year, in 2016, Ajay became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. Their most recent certification is the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in September 2019.
