An Minh Phan

An Minh Phan has a diverse work experience spanning several years. An Minh started their career as a Newspaper Boy at San Jose Mercury News in 1984. An Minh then worked at Texas Instruments as a Financial Analyst before being promoted to Product Line Controller. In 2001, they joined Oracle as a Senior Financial Analyst for PeopleSoft. From 2006 to 2013, An Minh Phan worked at Symantec, starting as a Product Manager and gradually advancing to Senior Product Manager and finally Principal Product Manager. During their time at Symantec, they were responsible for product ownership and customer/partner engagements for various solutions. An Minh joined Seagate Technology in 2013 as the Director of Product Management, a role they held until 2016. Currently, An Minh Phan is working at Gainsight as the VP of Product Management, where they were promoted from Senior Director. At Gainsight, they are involved in designing new solutions that connect Customer Success to revenue.

An Minh Phan holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley. They also pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing from the University of Michigan. In addition to their formal education, An Minh Phan has obtained various certifications. These include Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association in September 2019, Certified Information Systems Security Professional from (ISC)² in 2008, Pragmatic Marketing Practical Product Management certification from Pragmatic Marketing, and the UC Berkeley Executive Education Product Management Program from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
