Nicole Mansion

Nicole Mansion has a diverse range of experience in human resources and management roles throughout their career. Nicole is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Gala Capital Partners. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director for Digital & Technology at Yum! Brands.

Nicole also has experience as the Chief Human Resources Officer/Co-founder at MB Sanitation Inc., where they directed various HR initiatives and managed complex projects. Nicole held the position of Director of Human Resources & Organizational Design at a McDonald's Franchise, where they provided daily leadership in HR initiatives and supported operating managers.

Earlier in their career, Nicole worked at Union Pacific Railroad as an HRCS Business Partner and Program Manager for Employee Benefits. Nicole also gained experience as a Graduate Human Resources Intern at Manheim and served as a Senior Event Marketing Representative at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC. Nicole'scareer began as a Marketing Coordinator at Sage, where they handled market research, marketing proposals, and advertising campaigns.

Nicole Mansion, SHRM-SCP, M.B.A., holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Clark Atlanta University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the same institution, completing their undergraduate studies from 2000 to 2004. Nicole also possesses additional certifications, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, which they received in 2021, and a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging certification from LinkedIn, obtained in the same year.
