Andre Schenberg

Andre Schenberg is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit risk management. Currently serving as a Credit Risk Manager at Galapagos Capital since July 2023, Andre previously held similar roles at Credit Suisse in International Wealth Management from November 2017 to July 2023 and at Banco Itaú, where responsibilities included Credit Manager for Wealth Management and Wholesale Credit Risk Manager from March 2010 to September 2017. Andre's career also includes positions at Banco Itaú from 2004 to 2010 in various roles such as Institutional Treasury Senior Trader and Market Risk Management Senior Analyst, as well as an early position at HSBC as an Institutional Sales Assistant from 2000 to 2001. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Economics from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
