Scott Romberger

Scott Romberger has a diverse and extensive background in financial management and resource integration within the defense sector. Currently serving as a Financial Management/Budget Specialist at Galapagos Federal Systems, Scott provides support and advisory services to the Director of Space Force Test and Evaluation on Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Chief Resource Integration Division at the United States Space Force, where Scott analyzed POM across the Future Year's Defense Program, and as Chief Operating Officer at EOM Offshore, overseeing a variety of administrative and operational functions. Noteworthy military leadership positions include Vice Commander of the 460th Space Wing and Program Manager at the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Scott holds multiple advanced degrees in National Security Strategy, Military Operational Art, Management, and Space Systems Operations from prestigious institutions, including the U.S. Naval War College and Webster University.
