Mickael Naye

Mickael Naye serves as the Global Head of Supply Chain Planning at Galderma since June 2022, overseeing the global supply chain planning for three business units in a GxP environment. Prior experience includes roles at Alcon, where Mickael led supply chain functions for a major global distribution and manufacturing site in Belgium and managed S&OP processes for EMEA. At Danone, Mickael was the Supply Chain Planning Manager for the Swiss market, focusing on demand and inventory management. Earlier roles include positions at Procter & Gamble in demand and supply planning for the French BabyCare category and various internships in quality and process engineering. Mickael holds a Master of Engineering from IMT Nord Europe, a Master’s degree in Audit & Finance Controlling from Audencia, and an MBA Exchange Program Certificate from Yonsei University.
