Molly Daniello

Molly Daniello (Fleming) is an experienced account manager currently working at Galderma since September 2023. Prior to this role, Molly served as an Amazon Key Account Manager at Ferrara, where responsibilities included managing accounts for Amazon Fresh and B2B businesses. Molly's background encompasses significant positions in sales, supply chain analysis, and operations at companies such as Soho House & Co, Target, and PepsiCo, where impactful improvements in supply chain management and customer service were achieved. In addition to professional roles, Molly has actively contributed to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts as a co-lead of the Philanthropy & Community Subcouncil. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, an MBA from DePaul University, and specialized training in Food Industry Management. Molly also holds a yoga teacher certification.
