Lisa Hill is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the General Manager of People & Capability (Global) at GALE PACIFIC LIMITED since March 2020, Lisa oversees HR leadership across the employee lifecycle and manages strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and cultural transformation.
