Elisa Olivero

Elisa Olivero has a strong background in product management and engineering. Elisa currently works at Galenica as a Product Lead, a role they started in 2023. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, Elisa worked at Appway as a Lead Product Manager, where they led a team of 5 Product Managers and was responsible for the low-code platform and optimized workflows. Before their time at Appway, Elisa worked at Aktiia from 2018 to 2021 as a Product & UX Lead, leading the product vision and strategy for a medical tech startup. Elisa also worked at CSEM from 2012 to 2018, first as a Senior R&D Engineer and Project Manager, managing international projects for energy management in buildings, and later as an R&D Engineer, developing algorithms and models for various industries. In 2012, Elisa had a brief experience at Novasis Innovazione as an Application Engineer, and in 2011 they were a Visiting Scholar at UC Berkeley, where they worked on the implementation of a brain signal recording and stimulation system.

Elisa Olivero's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Physics Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, obtained from 2006 to 2009. Elisa also holds a Master's degree in Nanotechnologies for the ICT from Politecnico di Torino, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they pursued an International Master's degree in micro and nanotechnology, microelectronics from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) between 2010 and 2011. Most recently, Elisa acquired an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from EPFL in 2016 and 2017. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications in fields like Artificial Intelligence, Graphic Design, User Experience, and more.
