Stephan Mignot has worked in various roles within the marketing and customer management field. Stephan began their career at Swisscom in 2001, where they held positions such as Marketing Manager and Senior Consultant to the Head of Commercial Business. Stephan then progressed to more senior roles, including Head of Provider Services and Head of Segment Management. Mignot was also responsible for customer marketing and channel management at Swisscom, overseeing inbound and outbound marketing channels, direct marketing, and sales. In their most recent position at Galenica starting in 2023, Mignot serves as the Head of B2C Customer Marketing, leading the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for Galenica's healthcare business.
Stephan Mignot holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Bern, which they obtained between 1996 and 2001. In 2019, they completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Agile Leadership at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich.
