Christian Tapia-Stocker

Christian Tapia-Stocker is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology executive with extensive experience in location intelligence and analytics. As the Founder and CEO of Galigeo since April 2011, Christian has established the company as a leader in enterprise-level geospatial solutions. Prior to this, Christian founded Avantias and led its sale of ECM and CCM activities to Capgemini while retaining the Galigeo brand. Previous leadership roles include Directeur Général at Sword Group and DG at Decan. Notably, Christian co-founded Ingenia and served as a Project Manager at Cognitech. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Denison University, along with a participation in the Owners Scale-up Program at IE Business School in 2017.
