Estelle HARDY-HAMARD has extensive experience in quality management within the food industry, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Responsable Qualité at GALLIANCE since January 2000, Estelle oversees the production of processed poultry and cheese products. Prior roles include Responsable qualité at Groupe Doux from 2003 to 2012, and Responsable qualité at TRANSAL from 1998 to 2001.
