Rebecca Cea

Rebecca Cea is an experienced fabric and trim development manager with a strong background in luxury fashion. Currently, at Galvan London since April 2023, Rebecca leads research and development for fabrics, trims, and embroidery, while managing a team of junior developers. Previous roles include senior product developer for Casablanca Paris, where Rebecca co-managed luxury collections and developed the brand's first womenswear collection. Additional experience spans various positions including research and development manager at Marchesa, director of fabric research and development at MONSE, and coordinator roles at Oscar de la Renta and DVF. Rebecca's expertise encompasses global sourcing, creative problem solving, and mentorship within the fashion industry. Education includes a certificate in Fashion and Sustainability from the London College of Fashion and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Florida.
