Piyush Agrawal

Piyush Agrawal has more than 10 years of work experience, starting as a Research and Development Intern at Deutsche Telekom and Microsoft in 2006 and 2007, respectively. After attending Stanford University, they became a Co-founder and Head of Product of Aurus Network, which provides solutions-oriented educational technology for students. Piyush joined Janio Asia as Chief Product Officer in 2019, launching the first B2B logistics app in Southeast Asia integrating freight forwarders and customs and leading their growth. Agrawal went on to become the Chief Product Officer at RightShip, which created a data and analytics platform for the shipping industry and acquired Fortune 500 clients while leading from 2020-2021. Piyush then joined Toptal as a Product Management Consultant to develop and implement product analytics for Reddit's Safety team in 2021 before moving on to mentor at ProductMonk in 2022. Finally, Agrawal is the CEO and co-founder of Galvix, an automated sales tax compliance solution that streamlines financial operations for SaaS companies, which is set to launch in 2023.

Piyush Agrawal holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, which they obtained in 2007. Piyush then pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution from 2007-2008. After that, they attended Stanford University and earned a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering, which they completed in 2010.
