Tom Regan

Tom Regan is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Executive Engineer at Galway County Council since May 2019. With a career that includes previous roles as Executive Engineer at Tipperary County Council and Resident Engineer at Galway County Council, Tom has gained extensive expertise in various engineering positions. Prior positions also include Site Agent for John Sisk and Son Ltd and multiple roles at Wills Bros Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from Contractors Site Supervisor to Section Manager and Site Engineer on several significant projects. Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Galway and has a Certificate and Diploma in Civil Engineering from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
