Chien-Chung Chen

Chien-Chung Chen, CFA, currently serves as Investment Director at GAM, a position held since June 2014 following GAM's acquisition of Singleterry Mansley Asset Management. In this role, Chien-Chung is a Portfolio Manager on a three-person investment team responsible for managing UCITS funds, separate accounts, and hedge funds, with expertise in analyzing and trading various mortgage-backed securities and derivatives. Prior to joining GAM, Chien-Chung worked as an Investment Analyst at Singleterry Mansley Asset Management from 2009 to June 2014, focusing on mortgage hedge funds and separate accounts. Earlier experiences include positions at Deutsche Asset Management, where responsibilities included analyzing mortgage-backed securities and asset liability management, and consulting roles at Appian Corporation. Chien-Chung holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSE in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/Economics from Duke University.
