Louisa Gardiner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Louisa began their career as a Cabin Crew member at Virgin in 1998, then transitioned to British Airways in 1999. After their time in the airline industry, they worked as a VIP Duty Manager at Champneys Forest Mere Limited and as a Recruitment Consultant at Select Appointments. In 2005, they joined International JetClub as an HR Officer and remained there until 2013 when they took on the role of Group People Solutions Manager at International JetClub, part of the Hangar8 Plc Group. Most recently, Louisa worked as the Head of HR at Gama Aviation, starting in 2015. Overall, their experience has encompassed customer service, recruitment, and various HR roles.
Louisa Gardiner obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business with French from the University of Surrey.
