Rebecca Windsor

Rebecca Windsor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and sectors. Rebecca currently holds the position of Head of Organisation Development at the Gambling Commission since December 2020. Prior to this role, they also served as the Head of Organisation Development & Transformation and HR Transformation Lead at the same company.

Before joining the Gambling Commission, Rebecca worked as an Interim OD Consultant at PeopleCurious from March 2012 to April 2020. Rebecca also held the position of Interim HR Business Partner at National Grid for a brief period in 2015.

Rebecca's experience also includes working as an Interim Organisational Development & HR Consultant for Worcestershire County Council from April 2015 to October 2018, where they were involved in talent management, resourcing solutions, organization design, and change management.

Rebecca has also worked as an Interim Senior HRBP at Staffordshire County Council from March 2012 to July 2014. Prior to that, they served as an HR Business Partner at E.ON UK from December 2008 to March 2012.

Rebecca's earlier experience includes roles such as HR Manager and HR Business Partner at HBoS from 2004 to 2008, HR Partner at Halifax from 2001 to 2004, and Senior HR Consultant at Birmingham Midshires from 1999 to 2001.

Rebecca Windsor started their education at Wolverhampton Girls High School. However, the exact years of their enrollment and the degree or field of study pursued are unknown. Later on, from 2000 to 2003, they attended the University of Wolverhampton, where they obtained a Post Grad degree in Human Resource Management (or HRM).
