Oleg also serves as a Forbes Technology Council Member, an invitation-only community for top technology executives. Additionally, Oleg is the CEO of Game-Ace, a game development subdivision within Program-Ace, focused on creating premier gaming experiences. Oleg is also the CEO of 3D-Ace, a company specializing in 3D modeling and animation. Furthermore, Oleg is the CEO and Founder of CINE-BOOKS, a content producer and media company transforming storytelling entertainment and book publishing industries. Lastly, they are the Co-Founder of InLoopVR, a media company dedicated to generating interactive social content for virtual reality platforms.

Oleg Fonarov completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Design of Aviation & Aerospace Control Systems from National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' between the years 1988 and 1994.
