Joseph McKnight

Joseph McKnight has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Research and Development Engineer at SilverCloud Health, where they contributed to the development of a successful software product. In 2011, they started their own consultancy and software development business called People Center Software Solutions, where they completed major contracts in legal practice management, mental health diary, and indemnity insurance audit systems. McKnight then joined Complete Asset Management in 2009 as a Technical Director until 2012.

From 2013 to 2014, McKnight worked as a Senior Developer for Lightwell Inc., providing functionality additions and configurations changes for the IBM Sterling Order Management Suite. In 2015, they joined HRLocker as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for development and integration of new features. Joseph was later promoted to CTO, gaining experience in people management and leading technical vision for the company.

In 2019, McKnight had a brief stint as a Technologist while self-employed before joining Extreme Networks as a Senior Manager of System Engineering. At Extreme Networks, they built and managed a data science lead team that contributed to the successful launch of a new product, CoPilot. CoPilot was recognized as one of the top 10 coolest new networking products of 2021 by CRN.

Most recently, in 2022, McKnight joined GAME GOLF as the VP of Engineering.

Joseph McKnight's education history includes attending Trinity College Dublin from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Master's degree in Ubiquitous Computing (IoT). Joseph later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Computer Interaction from Trinity College Dublin from 2006 to 2010, although it was not completed. In addition, Joseph McKnight also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics from Trinity College Dublin from 2008 to 2009.
