Michael Gradon

Michael Gradon has worked in a variety of roles since 1986. Their most recent position is Chief Executive Officer at Game4Padel Ltd, which they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they were a Non Executive Director at AerCap and Exclusive Hotels, both from 2010. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Director at Wimbledon - The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited, with Board responsibility for the majority of the Championships' c£300m pa income. Michael was also a Non Executive Director at Grosvenor Group, Modern Water plc and Genesis Lease from 2007. Their first role was Executive Director at P&O Group, which they held from 1986.

Michael Gradon holds Masters of Arts degrees from both the University of Cambridge and Haileybury UK, both in the field of Law.
