Sharn Dhami

Sharn Dhami is an accomplished HR and operations professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including technology and finance. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Operations at GameChanger since November 2022, Sharn oversees multiple functions including People, IT, and Customer Experience. Previously held the position of VP of People at Flex during a growth period in 2022, and served as Global Director of People Partners at Stack Overflow from 2020 to 2022, where initiatives in people strategy and talent management were driven. Sharn’s earlier roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at TD, Global HR PMO/Talent Management Leader at Capco, and HR Consultant at PwC Advisory Services. Sharn began a career in HR with foundational roles at Symcor, IMAX, and The Bagg Group, following a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Finance and majoring in Economics from the University of Toronto Mississauga. Currently, Sharn also contributes as an Advisory Network Member for ChangeEngine.
