Anthony Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Anthony started their career as a Business Analyst at AXA Australia in 1996 and worked there until 2001. Anthony then moved on to NAB as a Senior Business Analyst in 2002 and stayed until 2003. Anthony joined IOOF in 2003 as a Project Manager.
In 2004, Anthony became a Consultant at SMS Management & Technology, where they worked on workflow application and CRM data integration projects. Anthony transitioned to Avanteos in 2005 as a Project Manager, leading the integration program of the Goldman Sachs JB Were services onto Avanteos administration systems.
Anthony then joined Renewtek in 2006 as an Engagement Manager, handling customer relationship building and facilitating agile delivery to clients. The company was later acquired by SMS Management & Technology in 2010.
In 2008, Anthony joined AMP as an Application Development Manager, responsible for establishing agile development teams and delivering a core web rebuild. Anthony also coached analysts and testers and promoted agile practices within the organization.
In 2014, Anthony pursued contract roles, first as a Project Manager at Coles, where they provided iteration management and agile coaching for business services and the Coles App. Anthony then moved on to Outware Mobile as a Product/Project Manager, leading cross-functional development teams and mentoring colleagues on delivery methods and consulting.
Most recently, Anthony has been the Director of Digital & eCommerce at GAMEDAY since 2017.
Anthony Richardson attended Camberwell Grammar School from 1986 to 1991, completing their HSC/VCE. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Money, Banking, and Finance at the University of Melbourne from 1992 to 1994.
