Matheus Arnellas has a diverse work experience in the gaming and technology industries. Matheus started their career in 2010 as a Product Marketing Intern at Merial. Matheus then worked as a Sales Administrative Assistant at Legrand Pharma - Grupo EMS for a few months in 2011. In the same year, they joined Aeria Games & Entertainment, where they held multiple roles, including Associate Producer, Business Intelligence Analyst II, Producer, and Publishing Manager - Latin America.
In 2013, Matheus joined Electronic Arts (EA) as the FIFA Digital Product & Marketing Manager for the LATAM region. Matheus then moved to PlayNext in 2014, where they worked as an Operations Manager until 2016.
Since 2015, Matheus has been working at Gameflip, initially as the Head of Live Operations. Matheus has been leading various efforts, including new product concepts, UI and UX design, sales, customer support, content creation, esports, social media, fraud prevention, business intelligence, and quality assurance.
In 2020, Matheus also took on the role of Head of Live Operations at AdvanceClub.

Matheus Arnellas has a comprehensive education history. In 2007, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a focus on Advertising and Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. Following this, in 2010, Matheus attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing to further enhance their skills in Product Development and Launch through an Update program. In 2012, they pursued a Specialization in Business Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Continuing their educational journey, Matheus participated in an Update program in Team Leadership at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2012. Later on, in 2013, Matheus completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Managerial Economics from Instituição de Ensino FIPE. Finally, in 2015, they attended Stanford University for Continuing Studies: Creating Executable Business Strategies.
