Iris Kroonstuiver

Iris Kroonstuiver has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Iris most recently served as the Head of People & Culture at GameHouse starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Talent & Culture Lead at GameHouse from January 2019 to October 2021. Iris also served as the Creative Team Lead at GameHouse from January 2018 to September 2019.

Before joining GameHouse, Iris worked at Spil Games as a Game Producer from November 2012 to December 2014. Iris also held the position of Brand Manager GirlsGoGames at Spil Games from April 2012 to November 2012. Prior to that, they were a Senior Content Manager from August 2011 to April 2012 and a Content Manager from September 2009 to August 2011 at Spil Games.

Iris has also held various roles at other gaming-related companies. Iris was the General Manager at Digerati Publishing from August 2008 to September 2009. Iris served as the Manager of Gamer.nl at Gamer.nl/Sanoma Men's Magazines from March 2008 to August 2008. Prior to that, they worked as an Editorial Coordinator at Gamer.nl/Sanoma Men's Magazines from December 2005 to March 2008.

Iris has earlier experience as a Project Manager & PR Manager at CowWorks from January 2005 to December 2005. Iris also served as the Editor in Chief at Ownage.nl from October 2003 to December 2005, and as a Project Manager & Content Manager at Qi-Ideas from January 2004 to December 2004.

In addition to their work in the gaming industry, Iris is also involved with Women in Games as an Ambassador starting from October 2021. Overall, Iris has demonstrated their expertise in various roles within the gaming industry, showcasing their skills in people management, talent development, creativity, and game production.

Iris Kroonstuiver pursued their higher education at the University of Amsterdam from 1999 to 2003. Iris obtained a Master's degree in Communication, Media Entertainment during this time. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. More recently, from 2020 to 2021, Iris attended NCOI Opleidingen where they focused on the Professional Master Change Leadership program.
