Kristopher Mychasiw has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 2004, they joined Sprint Management as the Director of Operations and later became the Senior Agent of Sprint Management, a subsidiary of The Surin Group. Kristopher played a key role in building the Surin Group from scratch. In 2015, they worked as the Elite Athlete Coordinator at Athletics Canada, where they negotiated appearance contracts for athletes and managed their logistics. In 2018, they became the Senior Director of Partnerships & Sponsorships at Canadiens de Montréal. Currently, they are the Head of Global Partnerships & Sales at Gamelancer Media, a media and entertainment company. Throughout their career, they have also held positions such as Chief Visionary Officer at Surin Group, Race Director at Le Demi-Marathon Oasis de Blainville, and Elite Athletes Liaison/Media & Marketing Advisor at Track Town Canada. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board/Executive Director at La Fondation Bruny Surin, where they established the foundation's "Quest for Hope" initiative and built relationships with financial institutions and strategic partners.
Kristopher Mychasiw attended the University of New Brunswick from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Linguistics. In addition to their university education, they obtained a certification as an IAAF Athlete Representative from the IAAF in December 2011.
