Ron Blake has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles in the sales and marketing field. Ron started their career as a Division Sales Manager at Philip Morris USA from 1992 to 1995. Ron then moved to The Monsanto Company and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where they worked as a Regional Sales Manager from 1995 to 1999. Ron joined The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company again in 1999 and held multiple positions, including Director of National Field Sales Organization, Director of North America Field Sales, Director of Sales Planning and Communication, Managing Director, and Director of National Sales and Programs. Ron'sresponsibilities included managing teams, formulating sales strategies, developing marketing programs, and achieving financial goals. Notable accomplishments include driving sales growth, implementing successful promotional plans, and leading the acquisition of the Tomcat brand. Ron most recently worked at GameTime as a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest region, starting in 2017.

Ron Blake holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Seton Hall University. Ron also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In 2012, Ron attended the McChrystal CorssLead Executive Course at McChrystal Group.
