Rodrigo P. Fraga

Rodrigo P. Fraga has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2007. In 2007, they were a Trainee Software Developer at Itaipu Binacional. Rodrigo then became a Systems Analyst and Software Architect at Integritas in 2009. From 2012-2015, they were a Professor at Cesufoz and UDC União Dinâmica de Faculdades Cataratas. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder and Board Member at Conatus Energias Renováveis and the Founder and CTO at Gamifier Inc, a startup that engages people in their work and generates triggers to boost productivity using gamification and people analytics.

Rodrigo P. Fraga began their educational journey in 2005 when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from União Dinâmica de Faculdades Cataratas. Rodrigo then went on to pursue a Postgraduate diploma in Software Engineering from Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná in 2010. In 2013, they received a Bachelor's degree in Theology from CETAP and two years later, in 2015, they earned a Master's degree in Business with a focus in Resource Based View from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Additionally, Rodrigo P. Fraga is a Certified Scrum Master, obtained through the Scrum Alliance.
