Melissa Aarskaug

Melissa Aarskaug has a diverse work experience in various industries. Melissa began their career as a Project Engineer at Pacific Mechanical Corporation in 2006. Melissa then worked as a Project Engineer at Fisher Industries, where they managed a large-scale construction project. In 2008, they joined Las Vegas Investments as the Vice President of Business Operations, overseeing business operations and managing investments in real estate. Since 2011, Melissa has been working at Gaming Laboratories International, LLC (GLI). Melissa started as a Business Development Leader & Strategist, focusing on the gaming, casino, and lottery sectors. Later, they were promoted to the role of Global Vice President, Bulletproof, leading the expansion of GLI's subsidiary and overseeing all verticals and markets in the United States. Melissa's work at GLI contributed significantly to the company's revenue and profitability.

Melissa Aarskaug holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Melissa completed dual degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering and minored in Mathematics, Law, and Business. In addition to their formal education, Melissa has obtained several certifications. Melissa is a C4 Executive Coach certified by SOLIDleaders.com and has completed a course in Effective Communication and Human Relations from Dale Carnegie Training, both in March 2021. In June 2020, they obtained the Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft Azure Certification Exams. Melissa also holds a certification as a Master Negotiator from the Karass School of Negotiation, obtained in the year 2020.
