Astha O. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Astha began their career as an MIS Manager at Softalk Technologies Pvt. Ltd in 1998 and worked there until 1999. Astha then joined Vision Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Content Manager, where they managed the workflow of eLearning raw content and led a team of content writers and verifiers. In 2002, Astha founded GraphicsKingdom and served as the Founder until 2010. Astha then joined Accenture as a Human Resources Manager from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Astha is the Vice President of Operations at Gamitronics, where they are responsible for day-to-day hiring and strategic planning for India's leading game studio. Astha'smain focus is on building resources for the development of the industry-defining metaverse, PartyNite.

Astha O. completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from ICFAI from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.com(Hons.)) degree in Accounts from Delhi University from 1993 to 1996. In 2017, they completed a course in Strategic Performance Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Human Resources: Running Company Onboarding" from LinkedIn in 2017.
