Carolien Bluys

Carolien Bluys serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at GAMMA België since October 2021, providing strategic HR advice and leading various HR projects, including initiatives related to vitality and presence policies, compensation and benefits, and HR process digitalization. Previously, Carolien held the position of Head of HR at Heylen Vastgoed from September 2019 to October 2021, where responsibilities included developing and implementing HR policies and initiating HR procedures focused on administration and employee well-being. Before that, from October 2013 to November 2019, Carolien worked in the Uitzendsector, initially as Office Manager for Construct Herentals and Turnhout, overseeing client prospecting, negotiations, and office operations, and later served as a Sales Consultant and HR Consultant. Currently, Carolien is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in HR & Business at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, where studies began in September 2023.
