Ashwin Clement Henry has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to 2018. Ashwin Clement began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at SSN Institutions in Chennai, India, where they focused on numerical evaluation of fracture mechanics parameters on aircraft fuselage joints. In 2016, they joined Purdue University as a Grader for the School of Aeronautics & Astronautics, where they assisted in grading assignments and provided support to students. During the same time, they also worked as a Student Video Director for Purdue Engineering Professional Education. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University's Programmable Structures Laboratory from 2016 to 2017, Ashwin conducted literature reviews on aeroelasticity in morphing structures with an emphasis on bio-inspired systems. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Gamma Technologies, LLC, where they utilized the GT-SUITE tool to simulate cranktrain dynamics and address performance, fuel economy, noise and vibration, and durability issues.
Ashwin Clement Henry completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering at SSN College of Engineering from 2011 to 2015. Ashwin Clement then pursued a Master's degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at Purdue University from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Ashwin obtained several certifications in various software programs related to engineering design and analysis, such as ANSYS, CATIA V5, Pro-E, Professional in Product Design & Analysis, and Unigraphics - NX, from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in March 2015.
