Geoff Thursby

Geoff Thursby has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles within the finance and project management fields. Geoff started their career at Wm Wrigley Jr Company in 1992 as a Business Manager in the Corporate Engineering department. From there, they served as a Decision Support Manager for Hyperion Enterprise and SAP BW, before transitioning to become an FP&A Finance Manager focusing on Capital Planning and Global Supply Chain Finance. Geoff remained at Wm Wrigley Jr Company until 2012.

In 2012, Geoff joined Mars as an IT Project Portfolio Technical/Financial Manager, where they worked until 2015. During their time at Mars, they also took on the role of Finance Manager for Digital Technologies from 2015 to 2020.

In 2020, Geoff moved on to Envista Forensics, where they served as a Finance Manager for two years until 2022.

Most recently, Geoff is currently employed at Gamma Technologies in the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, starting in May 2022.

Throughout their career, Geoff Thursby has gained extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, project portfolio management, and finance management in various industries.

Geoff Thursby has obtained an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Strategic Planning from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the same institution. Furthermore, Geoff Thursby has obtained a certification titled "Building a Dynamic Heat Map in Excel" from LinkedIn in May 2019.
