Harshad Pandit

Harshad Pandit has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Harshad currently works as a Senior Engineer at Gamma Technologies, LLC since October 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an HIL Modelling Engineer at IAV Automotive Engineering, Inc. from October 2016 to October 2018, where they developed real-time models for software validation and carried out tasks related to model integration and rollout. Harshad also worked as a Controls Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from October 2016 to October 2018. In addition, Harshad has experience as an Electronic Control Engineer at Caterpillar Inc., where they developed real-time models for diesel engines and supported various application teams. Harshad started their engineering career as a Trainee at LHP Software in 2015. Before that, they gained experience as a Scanner/Editor at Arizona State University, where they were responsible for converting documents into alternative formats for physically challenged students. Harshad also worked as a Design Engineer at Indiana Group, where they analyzed inquiries, designed system specifications, and drafted drawings for material handling systems.

Harshad Pandit obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Harshad Pandit also earned several additional certifications. These include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Simplilearn in August 2015, Fundamentals of Control Systems - Diesel from SAE International in July 2015, and Foundation Course in CATIA from CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd. in September 2009.
